With a spectacular lineup worthy of its 25th anniversary already generating major buzz, SUMMER SONIC now unveils the second wave of additional artists, following the announcements of BUMP OF CHICKEN and BABYMETAL.

Newly confirmed artists include the charismatic rapper mgk (MACHINE GUN KELLY), whose genre-defying career continues to captivate audiences worldwide, and powerhouse girl group BABYMONSTER, who successfully completed a world tour last year and will appear at the Tokyo show only.
Also joining the lineup are UK-born rising R&B artist ELMIENE, who has drawn attention for his studio session with Fujii Kaze, and JADE, who has firmly established herself as a pop icon following her time with Little Mix.

Singer-songwriter NECTAR WOODE brings a distinctive style incorporating the rhythms and emotional expression of West African music, while next-generation punk band SOUTH ARCADE arrives from Oxford in the UK. Also confirmed are Mexican sister rock band THE WARNING, and beloved post-punk outfit VIAGRA BOYS, who continue to generate excitement following their recent first-ever shows in Japan.
