*In the unlikely event that refunds are issued, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Ticketing fees, including ticket charge fees and other handling charges, are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
*Admission is restricted to guests aged 20 and over.
*Photo ID verification will be conducted upon entry.
*Please bring the original copy of a valid photo ID. Photocopies, digital images, or screenshots will not be accepted for admission.
*Guests who fail to present a valid original photo ID will be denied entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
*Guests with a MIDNIGHT SONIC ticket only are not permitted to remain inside the venue after the event ends and before the venue reopens at 9:00 AM each day.

About Morning First Numbered Ticket?
The first ticket in the morning will be a numbered ticket with priority entry to the stage area at the time the doors open.
(No use after the opening time.)
*Only one person per ticket.
*We may verify the identity of the purchaser on the day of purchase. Please bring a photo ID.
*Application Limit｜One application per person, up to two tickets.
*This ticket alone does not grant admission. A separate admission ticket is required.
*Use is not permitted outside the stage area, such as in the merchandise booths.
*There are designated areas on the Marine Stadium side and the Makuhari Messe side.
*At ZOZOMarine Stadium, both the arena standing area and the grandstand seats are eligible for priority entry.
*Use after opening hours is not permitted.
*There are no 3-day tickets available for the Morning First Numbered Tickets
*Tickets are valid only once on the day of the performance, at the time the doors open.
*The purchaser's name cannot be changed. Please ensure the person attending makes the reservation.

朝イチ整理券の番号が優先となり、お持ちの入場チケット券種による優劣はございません。
朝イチ整理券があれば絶対に最前列がとれますか？
朝イチ整理券は最前列確保チケットではありません。また整理番号は入場の整理をする番号であって、ステージエリアで立ち位置が指定されているわけではありません。
場所取りをしてもいいですか？
場所取りのため荷物の放置などの迷惑行為は止めてください。放置された荷物は速やかに撤去いたします。
3DAYチケットと朝イチ整理券を持っています。整理番号は3日間有効になりますか？
有効にはなりません。朝イチ整理券は日付指定での販売となります。3DAYチケットをお持ちで3日間利用をご希望の場合は各日の朝イチ整理券をお買い求めください。
朝イチ整理券だけでサマソニに入れますか？
入れません。各1DAYチケット・プラチナチケットまたは3DAYチケット・プラチナ3DAYチケットのいずれかが必要になります。
開場時間を過ぎても有効ですか？
開場時間を過ぎたら優先入場の権利は無効となります。その際、払戻しはいたしません。

第1弾受付は、クリエイティブマン会員先行またはオフィシャル先行で各1DAYチケット・プラチナチケットまたは3DAYチケット・プラチナ3DAYチケットのいずれかの入場券を購入いただいた方が対象となります。それ以外は対象外となります。（トレードチケット含む）
第2弾受付の申し込み条件はございません。一般発売以降に購入された方（トレード除外）も対象となります。但し海外からのお申し込みはできません。申込み方法は先着ですか？抽選ですか？

購入者名義確認はありますか？
入場時、朝イチ整理券のみ購入者名義確認をいたしますので、顔写真付き身分証明書をご持参ください。またお持ちでない方は公演日までにご用意ください。
海外から申込みはできますか？
日本国内在住の方が対象となるため、お申込みできません。
子供といっしょに入場したい場合、子供の分も朝イチ整理券が必要ですか？
入場券と同じく、小学生以上の方は必要になります。未就学児の場合は保護者１名の朝イチ整理券につき、未就学児１名のみ無料で同伴できます。但し、未就学児の前方エリアへの立ち入りは禁止しておりますので、ご注意ください。
3DAYチケットと幕張メッセの朝イチ整理券を持っています。3DAYチケットのリストバンド交換はマリンスタジアム側ですが幕張メッセでは交換できないのでしょうか？
3DAYチケットと幕張メッセの朝イチ整理券を持っているお客様は幕張メッセで3DAYチケットのリストバンド交換可能となります。朝イチ整理券をお持ちの方のみ、マリンスタジアム / 幕張メッセともに指定の入場口にて全券種のリストバンドに交換します。
幕張メッセの朝イチ整理券はマリンスタジアムでも利用できますか？
券面記載の公演日、利用エリア以外でのご利用はできません。
マリンスタジアム側のLR(レフトライト)はブロック指定ですか？
入場口の指定であって、場内のブロック指定はございません。
目当てのアーティストの出演ステージが幕張メッセとマリンスタジアムで変更となった場合は、エリアの変更ができますか？
できません。またそれに伴うチケットの払戻しもできません。ご了承の上お申し込みください。
朝イチ整理券は何時に会場へ来たらよいですか？
８時から各入場口にてリストバンド交換を行います。リストバンド交換後８時４０分には待機エリアへ移動していただくため８時３０分までにはチケット券面記載の各入場口にてリストバンド交換をお願いします。
時間に遅れないようにご来場ください。それより早く来ていただく必要はございません。
待機エリアへの移動及び整列はスタッフの指示に従って下さい。グッズを購入してから待機エリアへ行きたいのですが間に合いますか？
