About Tickets

I lost my ticket. Can you reissue it?
Tickets are treated as negotiable instruments, and we will not reissue them under any circumstances, even if you have proof of purchase (such as a ticket confirmation, receipt, or other tickets purchased at the same time). Please keep your tickets in a safe place until the day of the performance.
Also, if you have downloaded an e-ticket to your app, please do not change your device.
How old do I need to be to get a ticket?
To enter the SUMMER SONIC venue, all attendees in elementary school and older must have one ticket per person.
Preschool-aged children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and only one child per guardian may enter for free. Please note that access to certain areas is restricted; entering the front section of the standing area is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. If you are found there, you will be asked to move to another area. Additionally, strollers may not be brought into the venue for any purpose other than for the use of a child.
Parents and guardians must follow the instructions of staff, never take their eyes off their children, observe proper etiquette, and be considerate so as not to cause inconvenience to other guests. Those who fail to comply with these rules may be forcibly removed from the venue. In such cases, no refunds or other compensation will be provided.
Furthermore, the organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility whatsoever for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or other occurrences that may take place inside or outside the venue. We ask that guests and parents/guardians handle such matters at their own risk and responsibility.
