Sorry to keep you waiting! We’re back again this year! An incredibly diverse lineup of drag queens from Shinjuku 2-chome and all across Japan is gathering in Makuhari!
Plus, this year marks “SUMMER SONIC’s 25th Anniversary!”—so it’s an extra-special edition!
A unique cast of performers—from seasoned veterans active in various media and events to up-and-coming queens—will take the stage on a rotating basis!

During the day, they’ll be popping up all over the Messe Area venue! They’ll be there to welcome you as walking photo spots!
Let’s take commemorative photos together, chat, and raise a toast to celebrate the 25th anniversary!

And then, the moment you’ve all been waiting for at night! An incredibly special and enchanting stage show will take place at Club Que Será Será, the outer stage of the Marine Stage!
Joining the Queens—who become even more dazzling as night falls—are muscular, sexy go-go boys and DJs, recreating a Shinjuku Ni-chome club party right here at the SUMMER SONIC TOKYO venue!
With a showtime lineup of Queens bursting with diversity, each of the three nights will feature a completely different show, so be sure to come out and party every night!
