Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Japanese Garden in Expo ’70 Commemorative Park

A special tea ceremony will be held at Senrian, a traditional tea house located within the Japanese Garden, which has been preserved in its original form since the Japan World Exposition, Osaka 1970.

After watching a live demonstration of the traditional matcha preparation ritual, guests can enjoy freshly prepared matcha while taking in a live calligraphy performance. This unique experience offers a memorable encounter with Japanese culture.

    Sessions:
    1.1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
    2.3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • ■Capacity: 30 participants per session
  • ■Reservations:Reservations will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18 until 15 minutes before the start of each session.
